How does pricing work?
Cabanas have a food and beverage minimum only, with no rental fee. Santa’s Lounge and The North Pole have a rental fee plus a food and beverage minimum.
A food and beverage minimum is simply a guaranteed spend: everything you preorder or order the day of counts toward it. Minimums vary by group size, date and time, and they’re lower Monday–Wednesday! Have a budget in mind? We’re happy to work with you to find an option that fits. Our events team will share exact pricing with your quote.

How far ahead do I need to book?
Cabanas need at least 2 days’ notice. For event spaces, reach out as early as you can. Holiday dates book up fast, so don’t wait!
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A signed contract and a deposit are required to secure every party booking, including cabanas and event spaces.

Can I book a table for more than 6 people instead?
Tables on OpenTable fit up to 6 guests (including anyone who needs a chair or high chair), and multiple reservations can’t be guaranteed to sit together or in the same room. For larger groups, a cabana or event space is the way to go.
Are there TVs?
Yes! Every cabana has its own TV, and Santa’s Lounge and The North Pole have TVs too.
Will my space look like the photos?
We change up our décor year after year to keep things fresh, so your space may look a little different from these photos, and every cabana has its own theme. Either way, it’ll be merry and bright!
Are kids allowed?
Yes! Just a reminder that after 8 PM, our venue is 21+.
