  • Yes! Please make your reservation online by clicking here.

    Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, please contact us. All reservations will have a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled. Please consider arriving early and leaving enough time to find parking. Parking info is listed below. There will be a $15 per person charge if you do not show up to your reservation or if you do not cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before.

  • Walk-ins are always welcome on our second floor and rooftopβ€”no table service, just extra Christmas cheer, photo ops, music, and bars. See you soon!

  • Yes! Our holiday hours are:

    12/24 Christmas Eve: 9AM - 8PM

    12/25 Christmas Day: 1PM - 7PM

  • Table reservations can be made for up to 6 maximum guests.

    If you make multiple reservations in hopes to be sat together, unfortunately we cannot guaranteed that you will be sat next to each other or close by, due to our limited floor plan.

    Please include children in your reservation count. Anyone that requires a chair or highchair counts as part of your headcount for your reservation. You can have a max of 6 people total.

  • Yes. All tables are limited to no more than one hour and thirty minutes to accommodate all guests wanting to join us.

  • Table reservations can be made for up to 6 guests. With groups larger than 6, elevate the holidays by renting one of our cozy and festive cabanas. More details here.

  • In December all reservations & walk-ins may be subject to a cover charge. The cover charge is per person & includes a complimentary alcoholic beverage (or a Santa's Treat for kids). The cover charge will start at $5 per person (applicable for ages 12+) & the dates it is implemented may vary. We can't wait to welcome you!

  • A parent or legal guardian must accompany anyone under 21. We are 21+ ONLY after 8PM.

  • We do not have a parking lot. We recommend parking in the garage at 3541 N. Clark St. (Addison and Clark) – Garage. It is a 1 minute walk to Santa Baby from this garage.

    The garage has two entrances: one on Clark at 3541 N Clark St. and the other entrance is on Sheffield at 3547 N Sheffield (just past the red line going west on Addison).

  • Come decked out in your favorite holiday attire! Please note that we will have outdoor seating in a tent. We have heaters for your comfort, but we still recommend bundling up and wearing layers for the most comfortable experience.

  • No. We do not have a coat check available.

  • We love pets! Unfortunately, we can only allow certified service animals.

  • If you lost or left something at Santa Baby please stop by during regular business hours and someone will be able to help you. Due to the high volume nature of Santa Baby, we are unable to assist with lost and found items over the phone.
